Ravexa International Holding Limited is a professional advisory firm registered and operating in Uganda, providing governance, strategy, finance, people, risk and corporate administration services. In these terms, “Ravexa”, “we” and “us” mean that company.

2. Using this website

You may read, browse, and print pages of this site for your own business purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of these terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any system connected to it
• Interfere with the site’s operation, or introduce malicious code
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content for a competing commercial purpose
• Submit false information, or another person’s details, through our forms

3. No advisory relationship

The content of this site is general information about what we do. It is not tailored to any organisation’s circumstances and must not be relied on as governance, financial, tax, legal, or any other professional advice.

Sending us an enquiry, and our replying to it, does not by itself create a client relationship. A relationship exists only once both parties have signed a written engagement letter setting out the scope, terms, and fees of the work.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, images, layout, and code — belongs to Ravexa or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. The Ravexa name and logo are our trade marks.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from this content for commercial purposes without our written permission. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link back to the source page.

5. Information you send us

When you submit a form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. We handle what you send in line with our Privacy Policy.

Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive material through our website forms. Until an engagement letter is in place, information you send is not covered by any duty of confidentiality beyond what our Privacy Policy describes.
