We collect personal information only when you submit one of our forms.

Through the contact form:

• Your phone number and company name (optional)
• The subject and content of your message

Through the consultation request form:

• Your name, email address and phone number (required)
• Your company name (optional)
• Your organisation’s team size and industry
• Which of our services you are interested in
• The content of your message

You choose what to put in these fields. Please do not include sensitive personal information, confidential business data, or anyone else’s personal details in a form submission.

Information collected automatically

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web host, Vercel records standard server logs when a page is requested — typically the IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser type. These logs exist for security and operational purposes. We do not use them to build any profile of you, and we do not combine them with form submissions.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies. It stores nothing in your browser, loads no third-party scripts, and uses no analytics, advertising, remarketing, pixels, session recording, or fingerprinting. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

4. How we use your information

We use what you send us in order to:

• Read and respond to your enquiry
• Discuss, scope and where appropriate provide our advisory services
• Keep a record of our correspondence with you

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing emails to addresses collected through these forms unless you have asked us to.

5. Our legal basis

We process this information on the basis of your consent, given when you choose to submit a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with:

• Web3Forms — processes our form submissions and delivers them to us by email.
• Vercel Inc. — hosts this website and keeps the server logs described above.
• Our email provider — stores the messages we receive from you.

These providers operate outside Uganda, which means your information may be transferred and stored abroad. We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.

7. How long we keep it

Form submissions reach us as email and are kept for as long as we have a working or prospective relationship with you, and afterwards only as long as needed for our records or to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

8. Your rights

Under the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy of it
• Have inaccurate information corrected
• Ask us to delete your information
• Object to how we are using it, or ask us to restrict that use
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Complain to Uganda’s Personal Data Protection Office

9. Security

This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and form submissions are sent encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

This website is intended for businesses and the people who run them. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Please check back from time to time.
